How order changes, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
Quotes are free and carry no obligation
Requesting a quote never creates a commitment. You can compare, ask questions, or walk away at any point before payment — nothing is owed until you confirm an order.
Order confirmation
An order becomes binding when you confirm your quote and payment is received. Your order confirmation states the unit, condition grade, price, currency (USD or CAD), and the delivery or pickup arrangement — along with any terms specific to that order.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a confirmed order. Changes requested before the unit is dispatched or released are usually straightforward. Once a container is in transit or released for pickup, transport costs already incurred may not be recoverable; we will always explain the options and any costs before proceeding.
Condition-related issues
Every unit is confirmed against its quoted condition grade before dispatch or release. If a delivered unit does not match the quoted grade, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right — resolution options include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
