Delivery Policy
How container delivery works across the United States and Canada.
Delivery pricing
Delivery is quoted up front as a line item in your quote, based on your delivery address and the yard your unit ships from. The quote you approve is the full landed price — container, transport, and applicable taxes, in USD for United States deliveries and CAD for Canadian deliveries.
Lead times
Typical delivery windows are 2–10 business days in Canada and 5–15 business days in the United States after order confirmation, depending on your location and current inventory position. Your quote confirms the expected window for your address, and our team coordinates the delivery date with you before dispatch.
Site requirements
Deliveries are made by tilt-tray or side-loader truck. Your site needs approximately 60–80 feet of straight-line clearance, firm and level ground, and overhead clearance free of power lines and low branches. Please decide door orientation before delivery day.
If your site has constrained access, tell us in the quote request — smaller equipment can often be arranged. If a delivery cannot be completed because site conditions differ materially from what was described, a re-delivery fee may apply; we will always discuss options with you first.
Long-distance and coordinated transport
Interstate and interprovincial moves are arranged through our established transportation partners and itemized in your quote. For multi-unit or project deliveries, we coordinate scheduling with your site team.
Questions
Delivery questions are answered in our FAQ and Delivery Guide, or contact our team — we usually respond within the same business day.
